1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Nilam Labs products at app.nilamlabs.ai, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our products. These terms apply to all users including free, paid, and trial accounts.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• You must notify us immediately at admin@nilamlabs.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content you do not have rights to use.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our products.
• Use our products to generate content that violates applicable laws.
• Circumvent usage limits, tier restrictions, or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute our products without written permission.

4. Uploaded content

You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading content, you grant Nilam Labs a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested service (report or quiz generation). We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit.

5. AI-generated content

Reports and quizzes are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes. Nilam Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before relying on it for business or educational decisions.

6. Payments and refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Pay-per-use credits are non-refundable once consumed.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Refund requests for unused subscription periods are handled at our discretion. Contact admin@nilamlabs.ai.

7. Service availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nilam Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you by email of material changes.
